Having graduated Leith's School of Food and Wine with a First Class Pass in the Diploma of Food and Wine and then trained in sugar crafting at Cakes4Fun in Putney, I came to understand that creativity and individuality were two of the most important factors in any event. I love working directly with my client to design a cake which will perfectly fit their day, as it means no cake will ever be the same.
